Job Overview

Die aktuellen EVC-Schütze sowie die Schütze der nächsten Generation sind ein schnell wachsendes Marktsegment mit erheblichem Geschäftspotenzial. TE fokussiert sich hierfür mit einem engagierten, global aus-gerichteten Team sowohl auf eine Kapazitätserhöhung in den bestehenden EVC-Produktionsprozessen, kombiniert mit einer Kostenreduzierung und OEE-Verbesserung. Darüber hinaus auf die Markteinführung eines Schützes der nächsten Generation mit optimiertem Produkt- und Prozessdesign. In diesem Team benötigt TE einen technischen Projektleiter, der die Produktentwicklungsaktivitäten von neuen Technologien für diese EVC-Schütze leitet.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Koordination und Strukturierung aller technischen Projektaktivitäten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Funktionsleitern
  • Formulieren des Projektumfangs (PRD) zusammen mit anderen Abteilungen wie PM, CSE und AQE
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger technischer Projektmeetings und Pflege der Projektdokumentation
  • Präsentation des Projektstatus gegenüber Stakeholdern und Management in regelmäßi-gen Re-views
  • Pflege der Prototypenplanung (A- und B-Muster gem. SWI_EMEA_088_7)
  • Komponentenfreigaben initiieren und überwachen
  • Überwachen des Projektbudgets wie OPEX und Engineering-Stunden
  • Sicherstellung von Design for Manufacturing (DfM), Design for Assembly (DfA) in allen Projektphasen
Ihr Profil:
  • Bachelor / Master of Science in Maschinenbau-, Elektro-, Mechatronik- oder Werkstofftechnik, Physik oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung von Kfz-Relais/Schützen
  • Fundiertes technisches Wissen über die Konstruktion von Kfz-Relais und deren Physik
  • Grundkenntnisse in Elektronik und funktionaler Sicherheit und im Requirements Engineering mit ALM-Tools
  • Erfahrung im Management von Produktentwicklungsprojekten
  • Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Fähigkeiten zur Leitung von internationalen, funktionsübergreifenden Engineering-Projekt-teams
  • Gute Zusammenarbeit mit TE-internen Abteilungen (z.B. Projektmanagement, Prozess-Engineering, Einkauf, Qualität), Lieferanten und externen Automobilkunden bei Verhandlungen und technischen Fragen
  • Analytisches Denken, effektive Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Methoden zur Risikobewertung durch den Einsatz moderner Analyse- und Designtools
  • Kenntnisse in der Design-to-Cost-Bewertung
  • Experte in der Anwendung von Planungswerkzeugen wie MS Project
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen
