Your tasks
- Strategic development: Design and implementation of a company-wide AI strategy in collaboration with management and other relevant departments.
- Project management: Leading and coordinating AI projects from the conception phase to implementation and monitoring.
- Research and development: Identification and evaluation of new AI technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Data analysis: Analysis of large amounts of data to gain valuable insights and optimize business processes.
- Modeling and implementation: Development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms for automation and increased efficiency.
- Team leadership: Building and leading an interdisciplinary AI team consisting of data scientists, developers and analysts.
- Quality assurance: Ensuring the high quality and reliability of the AI solutions developed through continuous testing and validation.
- Collaboration: Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners and academic institutions.
- Training and education: Development and implementation of training programs to increase AI competence within the company.
your profile
- Education: Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in the development and implementation of AI and ML solutions, ideally in a leading company in the robotics industry.
- Technical skills: Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, Java and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome complex challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and oral.
- Leadership skills: Proven experience in leading and motivating teams as well as in project management.
- Innovative spirit: High affinity for new technologies and innovations as well as the ability to develop creative and future-oriented solutions.
- Ethics and data protection: In-depth understanding of ethical issues and data protection regulations related to AI.
