Wir entwickeln aktuell ein eigenes AI-basiertes Search Tool und suchen nun Unterstützung auf Freelance-Basis im Bereich der Tech-Strategie, des technischen Produktmanagements und vor allem auch der hands-on Entwicklung.

Darüber hinaus identifizieren wir als Teil der Roche relevante innovative Partner der Digital Health Szene, die einen Mehrwert zur weiteren Ausgestaltung der Roche-eigenen Gesundheitsplattformen darstellen können und unterstützen bei deren Integration.

Deine Mission

Du entwickelst und implementierst technische Lösungswege rund um unser AI-basiertes Search Tool (inklusive Requirements Engineering und Design von Software-Architektur) und machst deren Vor- und Nachteile greifbar, bevor du diese dann gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam umsetzt. Hierbei setzt du ETL-Prozesse auf und arbeitest mit modernsten Ansätze wie LLMs oder Knowledge Graphs und bildest dich auf diesem Gebiet auch stetig weiter. Wo sinnvoll, übernimmst du einzelne Projektmodule oder ganze Projekte als technische/r ProduktmanagerIn. Hierzu gehört z.B. die Definition technischer Anforderungen, Einschätzung zu Machbarkeit und Aufwänden, die Aufstellung von Roadmaps und Projektplänen. Du managst interne und externe Stakeholder und steuerst Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern aus dem Start-up Bereich oder auch aus der Roche. Hierzu gehört zum Beispiel die Gestaltung von Schnittstellen, Management von Sandbox Accounts und Abklärung technischer Details. Gemeinsam mit unserem Technology Strategy Manager betreibst du die Infrastruktur und Systeme der RoX. Dies beinhaltet zum Beispiel auch die Bewertung neu zu implementierender Tools. Du bewertest potentielle Partnerunternehmen hinsichtlich technischer Kompetenz, Schwachstellen und Integrationsfähigkeit (im Rahmen von Due Diligences). Du bist aktiv an funktionsübergreifenden strategischen Diskussionen und Entscheidungen beteiligt.

Dein Profil

Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Produkt- bzw. Projektmanagement (u.a. Schnittstellenimplementierungen oder Integrations-/Interoperabilitätsprojekte) (z.B. in einem Start-up, einer Tech-Agentur oder als Freelancer) und bringst auch mindestens erste Projekterfahrung im Bereich Digital Health und/oder Gesundheitswesen mit. Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in praktischer Frontend-und/oder Backendentwicklung - unser aktuelles Stack für das AI-Search Tool: Spring Boot im Backend, React im Frontend, betrieben mit AWS mit Terraform (hiermit solltest du in jedem Fall vertraut sein oder notfalls mit ähnlichen Tools für Infrastructure as Code). Du hast solides Know-How und Erfahrung im Kontext von LLMs (u.a. Prompting, Erstellung und Auswertung von Embeddings), idealerweise auch mit der Arbeit mit Knowledge Graphen. Du führst Projekte durch souveränes Projekt- und Partnermanagement aus Leidenschaft zum Erfolg. Du bist mit den Methoden agiler Softwareentwicklung vertraut, inklusive Versionsverwaltungssystem wie Git und Task Management Systemen wie Jira. Du verfügst idealerweise über Grundwissen in den Bereichen Datenschutz und Datensicherheit und hast Lust darauf, dich mit diesen Themen näher zu beschäftigen. Perfekt (aber keine Voraussetzung) wären außerdem noch Kenntnisse zu den medizinischen Protokollen FHIR und / oder HL7 und/oder arztseitigen Systemen (KIS, PVS,...). Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift).
