Your core responsibilities will include the following

Facilitate educational programs according to CLI methodology and practicesCo-develop project process architectures, provide stewardship support to active and new projects according to CLI methodology and practicesConceptualize and fundraise for partnership projects that apply and convey CLI's methodologyContribute to strategy and methodology developmentDocument stories of transformative change in articles, short studies, and social mediaAnforderungen
Your ProfileExperience in delivering interactive, practice-based capacity building programs and process facilitation of complex change with multiple stakeholdersUp-to-date with recent advances in systems thinking and practiceKnowledgeable about sustainability transformation approachesExperience in working in various cultural contextsWillingness to travel extensively and frequently, if project work requiresAbility to drive impact in teams and communities of change all over the worldBachelor, Master or postgraduate level degree with proven experience in complex multi-actor change management, leadership development, sustainability, or similarOral and written fluency in English and French required; German highly desired; other languages also desirableBenefits
