Our goal at Data & Analytics is to empower the whole organization to make smart decisions based on data. In this role you will work on topics relevant for the whole enterprise like profitability and support business departments in strategically important projects.

Attractive remuneration, 13th salary with option to convert into time offEmployee discounts for you and your family, employee shares and numerous other benefits (e.g. discounted Germany ticket, bicycle leasing)Flexible working time models and the option of mobile workingProfessional and personal development opportunities, e.g. at the Fielmann Academy Schloss PlönFamiliar teams and a digital working environmentCrisis-proof industry Together we set the standards of tomorrow - your tasks Partner with the Sales team to understand their needs for data and analytics and design solutions addressing those needs.Design and implement KPIs and metrics to measure business performance of sales.Build and maintain reports and dashboards ensuring transparency on business performance in the sales area.Ensure data quality by setting up monitoring, performing regular data quality checks and troubleshooting data discrepancies.Analyze and interpret data to provide digestible and actionable insights to inform decisions in the sales team.Collaborate with the Data Platform team to shape the central Data Platform according to the needs of sales analytics.Provide training and support to sales organization on data tools and techniques to enhance their data literacy. You inspire us - your profile University Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or similarAt least 3 years of experience with data analyticsStrong quantitative and analytical skillsSolid knowledge of SQL. Experience with Databricks or dbt is a plusExperience with building dashboards in Power BI or other BI & Visualisation toolExperience with Python for data analysis is a plusExperience with retail industry is a plusGreat communication skills and fluent English. German is a plus.Highly structured way of thinking and attention to detailsAbility to articulate complex data and analytics content to non-technical audienceInherent curiosity to understand the processes and the underlying reasons behind them, seeking to uncover insights and asking probing questionsAbility to work autonomously, managing priorities and ensuring timely delivery on commitments .
