Deine Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit bei Due Diligences sowie Vorbereitung von Investmententscheidungen
- Analyse von potenziellen Akquisitionen und Erarbeitung von strategischen Entwicklungskonzepten
- Mitarbeit bei Finanzmodellen, Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen
- Recherchen und Analysen zu Märkten, Branchen und Unternehmen
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von M&A-Prozessen
- Fortgeschrittenes kaufmännisches, technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium an einer renommierten Hochschule
- überdurchschnittlichen Leistungen, bevorzugt mit einer Vertiefung in den Bereichen Accounting und Corporate Finance
- Erfahrungen durch relevante Praktika im Investmentbanking, in einer Strategie- oder Transaktionsberatung
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer und hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Integraler Bestandteil des Investment Teams
- Hochprofessionelles und dynamisches Team
- Aktive Einbindung in alle Entscheidungsprozesse vom ersten Tag an
- Übernahme von eigenständigen Aufgaben und steile Lernkurve
- Rekrutierung von Berufseinsteigern bevorzugt aus unserem Praktikantenpool

Es wird eine typische Situation eingegangen, die Dir in dieser Rolle begegnen könnte. Du hast die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu stellen und mehr über das Praktikum zu erfahren.
