We're looking for a dedicated, full time, permanent Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team and play a pivotal role in our finance operations. We are open to applicants based anywhere in Europe, as we embrace the possibilities of remote work.

What You'll Do
Invoice Processing: Receive and verify invoices from suppliers, posting approved invoices in our ERP system.Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic and manual payments promptly and accurately.Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of accounts, including suppliers and GL accounts, to ensure accuracy.Manage Transactions: Handle the recording of funds received and disbursed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Month-end Activities: Assist in month-end and quarter-end activities, contributing to timely financial reporting.Quality Management: Adhere to our Quality Management System (QMS) and global quality system regulations to maintain high standards.What You BringFluency in English is a must, and a proficient level of German.2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in accounting or finance.Experience with SAP is a definite plus.Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.Work collaboratively within the Finance team while also having the ability to work independently.Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new technologies and processes.Ability to analyze problems, contribute ideas, and develop effective solutions.What We OfferThe opportunity to improve patient lives with our innovative products.Successful, dynamic, fast-growing company.Continuous product expansion and introduction of cutting-edge innovation.High level of responsibility and creating a great network in health industry.Working in a diverse, positive, and fun team.Attractive salary package.Working 100% remotely or hybrid, depending on hiring location.Dedicated training when onboarding.
