Egal, ob du am Anfang deiner beruflichen Laufbahn stehst und in die Arbeitswelt eintreten möchtest oder bereits umfangreiche Erfahrung gesammelt hast: Als Junior oder Senior Customer Engineer (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Beratung unserer Kund:innen im Bereich der fertigenden Industrie. Von der Unterstützung im Verkaufsprozess bis zur Projektdurchführung begleitest du sie aktiv bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung. Dabei ziehst du bei Bedarf erfahrene nationale und internationale Expert:innen der GFT hinzu, um modernste Technologien wie Cloudlösungen oder Künstliche Intelligenz gewinnbringend in den Bereichen Produktion und Supply Chain für unsere Stakeholder einzusetzen.

Du kannst die Stelle auch remote deutschlandweit ausüben- eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Beteiligung an der Erstellung individueller Lösungen für Kund:innen unter Einsatz modernster Technologien wie Gen AI, Conversational AI, Visual Inspection, Predictive Quality, Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtgesetz, Asset Administration Shell, etc.
  • Als Junior Customer Engineer unterstützt du bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Marktansätze und Industrie Offerings im Team. Als Senior Customer Engineer baust du einen Themenbereich auf und entwickelst diesen selbstständig weiter.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technologieexpert:innen zur erfolgreichen Realisierung von Projekten.
  • Betreuung unserer Kund:innen als erste Ansprechperson, Brückenbildung zwischen Business und Technologie.
  • Verantwortung für Sales-Aktivitäten, Messeauftritte, Neukundenakquise und intensiven Kontakt mit unseren Stakeholdern.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Industriebezug.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Verkauf und in der Projektdurchführung von technologiegetriebenen individuellen Lösungen.
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der produzierenden Industrie sind von Vorteil.
  • Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Kreativität und Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen.
  • Kommunikationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
