Our client is seeking a creative and result-driven Community Manager (Strategy) to lead and grow our community engagement. This role blends community management with strategic marketing to excite, engage, and retain our user base. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of crypto, be capable of generating and executing innovative ideas, and effectively manage our Telegram and Twitter communities. The Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to engage and grow the Telegram and Twitter communities.
- Create and roll out campaigns and ideas that excite and retain community members.
- Manage and moderate Telegram and Twitter channels to ensure interactions and engagement.
- Address community concerns and questions promptly to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align community activities with overall project goals.
- Analyze community engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Identify potential token buyers within the community and engage them effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in community management in crypto, blockchain, or web3 platforms.
- Proficient in managing Telegram and Twitter channels with the ability to grow followers, increase engagement, and build a high-quality community.
- Ability to quickly implement strategies and campaigns to keep the community active and engaged.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, remote team.
- Flexibility in work hours to accommodate different time zones and business needs.
