Wir suchen einen Sales Trainee (m/w/d) fr unseren Produktbereich Neurosurgical in der Region Nord (Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Bremen ) sowie fr das nÖrdliche NRW (Essen, Mnster, Osnabrck, Paderborn, Bielefeld) . Das Traineeprogramm umfasst eine Dauer von 12 bis maximal 24 Monaten, mit dem Ziel im Anschluss als Junior Sales Representative (m/w/d) ein eigenes Gebiet zu bernehmen. An der Seite deines Mentors untersttzt du das Team in allen VertriebsaktivitÄten und erhÄltst deine eigenen Verantwortungsbereiche. Zudem wirst du im Rahmen von mehrwÖchigen Verkaufs-, Verhandlungs- und Produkttrainings umfassend in alle Aufgabenfelder des Außendienstes eingearbeitet.

Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitungsphase mit mehrwÖchigen Produkt- und Anatomieschulungen umfasst dein Aufgabengebiet:
- die bernahme erster VertriebsaktivitÄten im Bereich Investitionsgter und Implantate unter Anleitung deines Mentors.
- die Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Teststellungen sowie die Untersttzung bei Produkttrainings fr unsere Anwender in Kliniken und KrankenhÄusern.
- die Begleitung von erfahrenen Außendienstlern zu Kundenterminen und OPs in Kliniken.
- die Vorbereitung und Betreuung von MarketingaktivitÄten, wie z.B. Kongressen, Ausstellungen und Messen.
- die Teilnahme an Verhandlungen mit Ärzten, Kliniken, Verwaltungen und Einkaufsabteilungen.
- Marktrecherchen und Analysen im Rahmen unserer Ziele und Business-Strategien.
- die Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen nach Absprache mit deinem Mentor, der Vertriebsleitung sowie dem Key Account Management.

- Du bringst eine Leidenschaft und Begeisterung fr den Vertrieb mit.
- Mit deinem Fingerspitzengefhl, deiner empathischen Art und deinem Wissensdurst, dich in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten, gewinnst du schnell andere Menschen fr dich.
- Bestenfalls konntest du schon erste praktische Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, in der Medizintechnik oder im Krankenhausumfeld sammeln.
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizintechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, GesundheitsÖkonomie oder vergleichbar ist wnschenswert.
- Zudem fÄllt es dir leicht, mit Ansprechpartnern unterschiedlicher Hierarchieebenen zu in Kontakt zu treten und dabei dein Netzwerk auf- und auszubauen.
- Deine KommunikationsstÄrke, ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und deine ProaktivitÄt zeichnen deine Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du verfgst ber fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und bist Halter eines gltigen PKW-Fhrerscheins der Klasse B.

- Die ReisetÄtigkeit kann bis zu 80% mit deinem Firmenwagen im Vertriebsgebiet betragen, hin und wieder auch mit externen bernachtungen.
