Your profile

In detail you will:

  • Conduct in-depth research and document ESG requirements for the real estate sector in the EU, UK & US market (e.g. CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, Décret Tertiare, Energy Star, REEB, etc).
  • Contribute to the growing internal ESG reporting knowledge base.
  • Lead internal training sessions to ensure the ESG reporting knowledge is properly disseminated throughout the company.
  • Assist in the creation of a common reporting framework to be used across different ESG reporting standards.
  • Support in the creation of business process flow based on ESG reporting requirements.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings, fostering collaboration with various teams.
We would like to hear from you if:
  • A master's or B.Sc. degree in Sustainability/ Real Estate or any other related field.
  • Good understanding of the sustainability, policy and ESG latest developments in the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
  • Fluent in English; German, French, or other European languages is an advantage.
  • You bring a proactive mindset, are organized and have strong time management skills.
  • You have a thirst for learning and growth in a start-up environment and a passion for sustainability topics.
  • Solution-focused and open-minded personality; detail-oriented with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Passion for real estate, technology, and sustainability.
  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship and technology start-ups in an international context
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
