Clinical Consultants für unseren Surgical Bereich (m/w/d)
Location: Nordostdeutschland Abiomed, eines der schnellst wachsenden Unternehmen in der Medizintechnik, sucht nach erfahrenen Clinical Consultants. Diese Position ist der Schlüssel zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg von Abiomed. Unsere Produkte werden in Katheterlaboren und Herzchirurgien weltweit eingesetzt. Mit unserem steigenden Erfolg, wächst auch unser Clinical Consultant Team. In dieser Position bringen Sie Ãrzten und klinischem Personal in Ihrem Verantwortungsgebiet die Bedeutung und den Einfluss unseres Impella Produktsortiments näher.
Ihre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Patientenbetreuung : Verbesserung der Patientenergebnisse durch eine fachgerechte Ausbildung und Beratung des medizinischen Personals. Betreuung aller Kliniken, mit dem Schwerpunkt auf OP und Intensivstation, in denen Patienten mit chirurgischen Impella Produkten behandelt werden. Reportings und Einholen von klinisch relevanten Daten, Dokumentation von Ergebnissen und eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Teammitgliedern und Vertriebskollegen.
- Klinische Beratung: Durchführung von Trainings zur Steigerung der klinischen Auslastung und Leistung unserer Kunden. Verwaltung von Schulungen für unsere neuen und bestehenden Kunden. Durchführung von Nachbesprechungenmit Ãrzten im Anschluss an Fälle und Ãbermittlung der Ergebnisse.
- Chirurgische Kundenschulung & Management: Verantwortlich für die fortlaufende Schulung an europäischen chirurgischen Schlüsselstandorten. Prüfung von Fällen in neuen chirurgischen Einrichtungen sowie von komplexen Fällen an etablierten Standorten.
- Training/klinische Demos : Unterstützung bei der Koordination von klinischen Demos vor Ort. Verwalten und Umsetzen von Kundenschulungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Departments.
