Global Project Manager Hydrogen (m/f/d)

The position can be based in one of our DEKRA locations in Germany.

Tasks

Your task is to develop and align a DEKRA Industrial Assets strategy within Hydrogen together with stakeholders You are responsible for Project Management including time, content, and budget You act with excellent leadership and communication to drive the program forward You define Hydrogen centric customer segments and pack existing services into these You drive communication both internally and externally Furthermore, you develop of new services and service packages within Hydrogen You act as the Industrial Assets speaker within Hydrogen Services You propose, select, coordinate and manage communication with suitable Hydrogen industry alliances

Qualifications
Degree in the field of Business- and/or Engineering Experience from technical consulting business or the TIC-industry Experience from operational management and/or sales management Experience from industrial applications in the Hydrogen area is merited, as well as renewable energy production in general. Specifically Hydrogen connection to materials is an important area to be acquainted with Experience from Trade and Industry is appreciated, first leadership experience is an advantage Project management experience for the development of services Strong communication skills and assertiveness as well as strong social skills, empathy and team orientation/customer-centricity (also in a digital work environment) Open and innovative mindset, strategic thinking, Hands-on mentality as well as structured, results-oriented and independent way of working Intrinsic-motivated, visionary, ability to work under pressure and creative drive Fluent in German and English language
