Financial Reporting Manager (m/w/d)

Dein Job:
  • Du bist für die fachliche Begleitung oder Leitung von abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten verantwortlich
  • Du erstellst gewissenhaft fachliche Stellungnahmen und (Fach-)Konzepte nach HGB und IFRS
  • Du blickst auf die stetige Weiterentwicklung des rechnungslegungsbezogenen IKS und arbeitest an der Implementierung von Kontrollen im Sinne des J-SOX, inkl. Dokumentation aktiv mit
  • Die proaktive Identifikation und das Hinterfragen von buchhalterischen Prozessen (Effizienz, Fehleranfälligkeit) sowie die eigenständige Suche nach Lösungen liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Du erstellst das monatliche Reporting an unsere Konzernmutter in Eigenverantwortung und unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung der Reporting Kommunikation
  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB inkl. Lagebericht
  • Du bist Hauptansprechpartner zu Reporting Themen / Montasabschlüssen ggü. der Geschäftsführung und unserem Mutterkonzern
  • Du übernimmst die Kommentierung im Rahmen des Berichtswesens sowie die Aufbereitung der entsprechenden Konsolidierungsunterlagen
  • Du begleitest Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfungen und bereitest diese bestmöglich vor
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für alle steuerlichen Themen bei LichtBlick (100 % tax-compliant )
Deine Skills:
  • Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit der Zusatzausbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter*in mit
  • Deine langjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen & Reporting überzeugen uns von dir
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Projekten mit und kannst diese gezielt bei uns einsetzen
  • Ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie ein hohes analytisches Denkvermögen zeichnen durch aus
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen ERP Systemen, idealerweise SAP / Diamant, mit
  • Du beschreibst dich selbst als proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und kommunikationsstark - gepaart mit einer "Hands-On Mentalität"? Dann freuen wir uns auf genau dich.
