Sie unterstützt Kunden unterschiedlicher Größe und Ausrichtung bei der Einhaltung der internen wie auch gesetzlichen Datenschutzrichtlinien.

Wichtige Arbeitsaktivitäten:

Folgendes erwartet Dich bei Deiner täglichen Arbeit:

  • Erfassen, Kontieren und Prüfen der Eingangsrechnungen
  • Buchung der Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Tägliche Verarbeitung der Zahlungseingänge Bankkonto
  • Abstimmung und Pflege der Kreditorenkonten (Kontenklärung)
  • Klärung von Verrechnungskonten
  • Erstellen von Berichten und Pflege von Aufzeichnungen und Dateien im Zusammenhang mit der Buchhaltungsfunktion
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem übergeordneten Finance Team in Großbritannien, im Speziellen Abstimmung über Zahlläufe, Lastschriftmandate und dringende Überweisungen (Wire Payments)
  • Abstimmung von Prozessen und Abläufen mit übergeordneten und internationalen Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Konzernvorgaben und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
  • Unterstützung und Zuarbeit für interne und externe Audits unter der Leitung der zentralen Stabsstellen des Unternehmens in Großbritannien und den USA
  • Interner und externer Ansprechpartner für alle zahlungsrelevante Angelegenheiten der Kreditorenbuchhaltung den Standort Deutschland betreffend
  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation, Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Ansprechpartner für globale Fachabteilungen bei der Kontrolle von Übersetzungen vom Englischen ins Deutsche
  • Unterstützung der Personalabteilung im administrativen Bereich
Erfahrungen (EMEAA):
