Job descriptionTasks

  • Central contact person for suppliers in operational activities and contract management
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines, quality and costs
  • Management of Notification of Escape (NoE), Quality Surveillance Report (QSR) and Safety Related Item (SARI)
  • Execution of First Article Acceptance (FAA) and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities
  • Development of short-term recovery plans and scenarios for outstanding work (OSW)
  • Managing quality release and approval of suppliers, ensuring certification in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitoring and supporting the introduction of new products
  • Initiating and managing projects and defining long-term development goalsRequirements
    • Successfully completed studies in aerospace or supply chain quality
    • Several years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance and supply chain management
    • Basic knowledge of lean management and project management as well as good knowledge of total quality management (problem-solving methods)
    • Expertise in CAPRI, Normmater and ADVICE an advantage
    • Sound user knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
    • Business fluent in German and English
    • Willingness to travel occasionally (1-2 times per month)
    • Existing work permit for the EUServices
