Founded in October 2022 by the EMEA Financial Services Practice Lead Partner of a leading US strategy consultancy and a builder of multiple leading software companies, we already bring together the best of both worlds: deep functional Financial Services domain expertise/networks, and a track record of how to build and invest into leading software product companies.

Join ALAIKA Advisory and our team of experts in supporting our clients in all kinds of strategic transformations as well as our three key domains: Cybersecurity, Data Analytics & AI, and ESG/Climate Tech.
What you will do:
- Create impact for our clients: During client assignments, you take charge of identifying information sources, gathering, and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to your ALAIKA team members and client stakeholders.
- Grow & take over responsibility: You'll be given the opportunity to apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, technology, and business management skills from day one.
- Go through the "ALAIKA School": You work side by side with some of the best consultants in the technology as well as the Financial Services area.
Your profile
You are wholehearted about your life, your career, and your relationships and that is how you act. Consistently.
- Outstanding degree in an IT/Analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics) at a top-tier university or... you are on a contrarian path and have achieved an outstanding track record on your own.
- Relevant work experience: 1-3 years of full-time professional experience. Ideally, you gained work experience in a high-paced environment such as a top (VC-backed) start-up or a fast-growing company, top strategy consulting, investment banking/venture capital/private equity.
- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Struggles shape personalities: You have learned to excel no matter what
- Learning agility is key to success: With high IQ and EQ you keep improving your balance between gut and brain
- Entrepreneurs take action and commit: You do what you say and own your stuff and you rather ask for forgiveness than permission
