To support our production sites in Leipzig and Opava, we are looking for a:
Controller (m/f/d) Integrated Supply Chain
Your responsibilities- Act as a recognized ISC Finance Business Partner towards the Site Manager, Site Management Team and the Supply Chain / Logistics team
- Develop and deliver relevant financial analyses that enable and drive performance management of ISC operations
- Manage an efficient and effective, accurate and timely financial reporting and planning cycle for the sites / ISC organization in scope, including both Manufacturing, SC and local procurement. This includes amongst others the accurate and up to date product costing, FMC & logistical cost control and planning, OWC (Inventories & Suppliers) management, Capex planning
- Ensure accounting / reporting for ISC operations, align with Finance Operations where needed
- Support the EMEA Supply Chain controller in local implementation of regional Supply Chain projects ad initiatives
- Support the Integrated Business Planning process
- Ensure that ISC decisions are made in line with long term value creation objectives, within the applicable financial and other frameworks
- Ensure that adequate controls are in place
- Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, business administration or equivalent, Master's degree would be a plus
- Solid experience in multiple finance positions in an industrial / manufacturing environment
- High level of customer orientation
- Strong, effective communication skills
- Hands-on and can-do mentality
- Analytical, strategic and problem-solving way of working
- Independent and interested in what's behind the numbers
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- High proficiency in SAP (or another ERP-System)
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
