Das Zentralinstitut für Seelische Gesundheit steht für international herausragende Forschung und wegweisende Behandlungskonzepte in Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie, Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Suchtmedizin. MHFA Ersthelfer ) ist ein Projekt in Trägerschaft des Zentralinstituts für Seelische Gesundheit, in dem Laien zu Ersthelfenden für psychische Gesundheit ausgebildet werden. Das Projekt leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Verbesserung des Wissens über psychische Störungen in der Gesellschaft, zur Destigmatisierung und zur Früherkennung von Problemen der psychischen Gesundheit.
Für dieses innovative Projekt suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt deutschlandweit eine/n Kursleiter (m/w/d) und Train-the-Trainer (m/w/d) mit einem Stellenanteil von 40-80 %.Die Stelle ist zunächst für zwei Jahre befristet, mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Ihre Aufgaben
Durchführen von MHFA Ersthelfer-Kursen (Präsenz und Online), insbesondere für FirmenkundenOrganisatorische Planung des Kurses, u.a. Kontaktaufnahme und Absprache mit Ansprechpartnern des FirmenkundenDurchführen von MHFA Ersthelfer-Kursen (insbesondere für Firmenkunden) im Präsenz- und Onlineformat in deutscher und englischer KursspracheGgf. Recherche vertiefender Nachfragen durch KursteilnehmendeVertiefte Auseinandersetzung mit den vermittelten Kursinhalten und regelmäßige Anpassung an aktualisierte MaterialienRegelmäßiger Informationsaustausch im TeamTrain-the-trainer-Tätigkeiten in der Ausbildung neuer KursleiterInnenVermittlung von Kursinhalten auf der Meta-EbeneVermittlung didaktischer Fertigkeiten in Bezug auf die KursdurchführungHerstellung einer wertschätzenden Arbeitsatmosphäre und Regulation der vorherrschenden GruppendynamikModeration und Abnahme der Prüfung zukünftiger KursleiterInnenRücksprache und regelmäßiger Austausch mit TrainingskollegInnen
Unsere Erwartungen an Sie
Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Psychologiestudium (Fachrichtung klinische Psychologie) oder befinden sich in ärztlicher Weiterbildung zum Arzt/ zur Ärztin für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie oder Psychosomatik und Psychotherapeutische MedizinSie haben (erste) Erfahrungen in der Behandlung von Patienten mit psychischen StörungenSie haben Erfahrungen mit Vorträgen oder der Leitung von Gruppen bzw. KursenFür das Durchführen von Kursen verfügen Sie über sehr gute Deutsch- und EnglischkenntnisseMit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen sind Sie bestens vertrautSie zeigen Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, persönliche Einsatzbereitschaft und haben ein stilsicheres, freundliches Auftreten sowie eine ausgeprägte KommunikationsfähigkeitFlexibles und selbständiges Arbeiten in agilen Teams, teilweise mit Reisetätigkeit
