Ihre Aufgaben

  • Softwareaktualisierungen von vorhandenen Kundeneinrichtungen auf die aktuellste Version
  • Beratung der Kunden bezüglich der eingesetzten Software und deren Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Programmierung der auf Kundenwunsch angefragten Softwareverbesserungen
  • Abwicklung der anfallenden Supportanfragen (2nd Level) sowie die Erfassung der Anfragen im Ticketsystem
  • Analyse von Störungsursachen sowie die anschließende Störungsbehebung
  • Durchführung diverser Systemtests und Integrationsprüfungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team des Projektmanagements und Entwicklung zur Lösung anfallender Störungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation im IT-Bereich
  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken (Oracle und SQL)
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse in den Windows Betriebssystemen sowie erste Erfahrung im Linux-Umfeld
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Webentwicklung (HTML, XML und CSS) sind wünschenswert
  • Gelegentliche Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft stellt kein Hindernis dar
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • Eigenständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
