Supply Planner

In this role, you have the opportunity to directly impact customers by ensuring products can be delivered in full and on-time to meet customer requirements.

Your role:

• Manage relationship with (commercial) organizations, business groups, manufacturing teams and suppliers from an end-to-end supply chain perspective.
• Maintain correct master data in SAP to enable a correct rule based planning.
• Manage phase in / phase out process execution from a planning perspective (PDLM).
• Lead monthly S&OP supply review, define & review the mid & long term supply plan for the portion of the portfolio owned by this role.
• Plan, control and maintain the short term master production schedule (MPS), balancing the customer demands and inventory levels.
• Make an allocation proposal in case order book exceeds capacity/available production slots or material availability.
• Pro-actively manage a supply chain, Scenario Mapping /Root cause analysis/ Look and think ahead; build allocations in case of constraints.

You are the right fit if:

• you have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related
• you have an understanding of Philips Supply Planning process (or equivalent).
• understand the basic S&OP process.
• have basic knowledge on IT planning systems. SAP experience is a plus.
• have basic knowledge of production & capacity planning techniques.
• have good communication, persuasive and analytical skills.
• you are able to work collaborative with supply chain partners (markets, business units, industry & suppliers).
• have knowledge on inventory management including safety stock management in relation to service levels.
• have working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• are fluent in English and German.
