We, Sprinkenhof GmbH, are the commercial real estate company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and as asset managers we ensure the sustainable development of our own and transferred properties. We act as project managers in new construction and renovation projects as general contractors, investors, or construction supervisors for municipal projects.

One of the main tasks of our company is the management and administration of properties primarily for commercial use, as well as project development and implementation of new construction and renovation projects.

• With your experience, you will contribute to the creation of energy renovation plans in accordance with the Hamburg Climate Plan
• You will support the supervision, development, and implementation of an Energy Management System (EnMS) according to DIN EN ISO 50001
• You will create regular energy reports and be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating actual energy consumption values
• You will develop pilot projects, their measures, and standards that can be applied to large parts of the portfolio in the future and implement them independently if necessary
• You will demonstrate and present possible behaviors within Sprinkenhof (including employees, tenants, customers) that have a positive impact on energy savings
• You will accompany and advise on energy issues in new construction and renovation projects, in service phases 0 to 9
• You will support the development and supervision of PV projects
• You will communicate printed content internally and externally
• You will be a contact person externally on topics related to climate protection laws and regulations

• You have a completed technical degree in Energy Management, Building Services Engineering, Environmental Management, Renewable Energies, or similar
• You have professional experience in a similar position and a passion for the energy optimization of buildings
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, is required
• You are flexible, enjoy working independently, and have organizational skills
• You have a solution-oriented, structured approach and are open to constructive exchanges
• You enjoy communicating at all levels
