Job Description
Develop technical solutions that meet business requirements using ServiceNOW Provide guidance and expertise on ServiceNOW best practices and standards Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement ServiceNOW solutions Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using ServiceNOW Ensure that ServiceNOW is configured and customized to meet the organization's needs Provide guidance and support to ServiceNOW administrators and developers Participate in ServiceNOW upgrades and releases

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations and workflows Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and standards Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the telecommunications industry, especially with fiber optic networks is a plus ServiceNow certification (CMA / CTA) is a plus Basic understanding of IT Service Management, preferably an ITIL certificate
