Einleitung

Key Responsibilities

As part of the team based in Munich, this role will provide you with the opportunity to develop an understanding of marketing and communications within a global environment. The role will be suited to someone with a high standard of the company's global language – English – German and French will be advantageous. Marketing & Communications is a culturally diverse team, and we work across four locations in Europe. The working student position is based in Munich, where we work in a modern office space with a full range of amenities.

Your role will be broad, providing exposure to a range of marketing and internal communications activities using both digital and traditional approaches. You can expect to be involved in events, digital activities like mailings, the website and internal site 'Connect', updates to literature, preparation of internal surveys and administration linked to the marketing activities (such as budgets, presentations and reports). There are a number of interesting projects that you may be involved in, such as producing content in support of internal campaigns, engaging with asset managers to help share their best practice stories with the company and support in finding ways to increase the internal adoption of our digital platforms.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

Studies in Communications, Sociology, Psychology or Economics Proactive, hands-on and creative problem-solving mindset Proficient in MS Office applications Excellent in written and spoken English with German, French or other European languages appreciated Team player with willingness to learn Ability to work proactively and under time pressure Good communication and presentation skills
