Carrying out order processing and scheduling for test equipment calibration Scheduling work, including analysing and clarifying deadline deviations Coordination and tracking of processing sequences Tracking and monitoring throughput times and deadlines Processing, clarifying and rectifying errors Entering, maintaining and analysing data Dispatch and tracking of test and measuring equipment Processing discrepancies (swapped parts or orders) Supporting calibration engineering and the calibration laboratories as well as performing special tasks Requirements Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training ALTERNATIVE: Proven comparable qualification acquired through many years of professional experience Basic knowledge of business administration and a good understanding of logistical processes Knowledge of test equipment calibration desirable Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3 Basic knowledge of English Willingness to undertake job-related further training Existing work permit for the EU ServicesIndividual working time arrangements – flexible hourly account
