Quality Management Representative (f/m/d)
Cross-location: Chemnitz, Ellefeld
Your tasks:
- Monitoring, maintenance and further development of the quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
- Regular reporting to the management on the current topics of the QM system, successes and which measures are required for continuous improvement
- Carrying out the management review together with the management
- Planning and coordination of internal and external audits
- Participation in/performance of customer audits and supplier audits
- Contact person for internal and external customer and supplier-related quality issues
- Coordination of the complaints system (from customers/to suppliers)
- Introduction and maintenance of a QM database system
- Creation of training concepts and implementation of internal training courses
- Measuring equipment monitoring, documentation
- Monitoring and coordination of inspection and service intervals for operational equipment
- responsible for compliance with occupational health and safety requirements (instruction, training, qualification, documentation) - desirable
Your profile:
- Completed technical training (or university/university of applied sciences degree) in the field of mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience in the areas of quality management and (special) mechanical engineering
- Certified training as a quality management representative is desirable
- Structured, conscientious and results-oriented way of working
