Sales Support Specialist

Your role and responsibilities
Providing support for customers and sales DCS & HSI (800xA Operations, Melody, AC800M), Controller, Cabinets, Network components and I/O's in the service region east
Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs
Coordinating a medium size order preparation Team
Preparing standard quotations including various engineering-, installation-, material-, and commissioning packages
Be part of a final contract negotiation team
Offering of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs
Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service
- Several years of experience in Automation in an EPC Project environment
- Knowledge of process control technology
- Sound knowledge of office especially Excel
- Ability to travel mainly within eastern Germany
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- A completed degree in engineering/Technician or similar
- Fluency in German and English – both spoken and written
- Get exposed to cutting-edge technology in Process Automation and have a visible impact on the future
