Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Geschäftsbereiche IT, UC, Print und DMS
Frühzeitige Erkennung von Markttrends und Entwicklung von Ideen, um neue Marktsegmente zu erschließen
Abstimmung mit unseren internen Abteilungen für die Produkt- und Serviceentwicklung
Definition der Zielgruppen und deren Mehrwerte für die entwickelten Produkte und Services
Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden bezüglich der entwickelten Produkte und Services sowie Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenkontakte
Definition und Entwicklung der kaufmännischen Konzepte für Produkte und Services. Fokus Entwicklung von Abo- und MRR Modellen
Erstellung von Marketing und Schulungsmaterialien sowie die Entwicklung von Online- und Vorort Kundenveranstaltungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Business Development, idealerweise im IT-Bereich
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine Ausbildung als IT-Systemkaufmann /-frau mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
Fundierte Kenntnisse der IT-Branche und technisches Verständnis
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Zielorientierung
Hands on Mentalität
Führerschein Klasse B
