Wir suchen einen vielseitigen Creative Strategist (m/w/d), der unsere Kommunikationsmaßnahmen auf ein neues Level hebt. In Deiner Rolle fungierst Du als Bindeglied zwischen den verschiedenen Teams im Bereich Marketing und dem Kreativteam.
Die SHEKO GmbH betreibt mehrere innovative Endkunden-Marken, darunter das erfolgreiche Food-Startup SHEKO. Von der Entwicklung über die Vermarktung bis hin zum Vertrieb in eigenen Onlineshops und auf Marktplätzen wie Amazon: bei uns kommt alles aus einer Hand.
Aufgaben- Entwicklung kanalübergreifender kreativer Kommunikations- und Marketingstrategien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing- und Performanceteam
- Ausarbeitung umfassender Digitalstrategien für alle Online-Kanäle unter Berücksichtigung der Customer Journey
- Abstimmung der verschiedenen Kanäle im Marketing-Mix, um eine einheitliche Markenkommunikation sicherzustellen
- Unterstützung bei der textlichen Konzeption von Inhalten für Website und Marketing-Kanäle
- Erstellung von Briefings für die Creation und Überwachung des Umsetzungsprozesses (z.B. Videoproduktionen)
- Erarbeitung von Testing-Roadmaps für unsere Projekte basierend auf Daten und Insights
- Durchführung von Konkurrenz-, Zielgruppen- und Kommunikationsanalysen
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Schwerpunkt Strategie
- Du hast Dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen; idealerweise im Bereich BWL, Marketing oder Kommunikations- & Medienwissenschaften
- Du besitzt einschlägige Erfahrung im Marketing sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis für Zielgruppen und Markenaufbau, -führung und -kommunikation
- Du arbeitest Dich stets analytisch und strategisch in Themen ein
- Du besitzt starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und eine Leidenschaft für kreatives Denken
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Leidenschaft für Kommunikation und ein sehr gutes Sprachgefühl aus. Die deutsche Sprache beherrschst Du absolut sicher in Wort und Schrift.
- Du siehst eine proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise als Selbstverständlichkeit an
