In this challenging environment we are currently looking for aLean Manager Operational Excellence (m/f/d)Facilitating the introduction of workshop management (RKW standard, basic training, 5 S, visual management, daily routines, communication and escalation procedures, PDCA, problem solving)Promotion of continuous improvement at all locationsCoordinating the exchange of SFM best practice examples within the global OU communityCompliance with the RKW Code of Conduct and professional representation of RKWBachelor's degree (business or engineering)Proven ability and demonstrated results in implementing SFM in the process industryExperience in lean, operational excellence or quality management or problem solving techniques (e.g.
