(Junior) Project Manager Print (m/w/d)

Die Position erfordert eine Kombination aus Organisationstalent, Empathie und Kreativität. Deine ausgeprägten Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Print Production ermöglichen dir sicher und schnell deine Kundenprojekte aufzugreifen und voranzutreiben. Als Schlüsselperson verantwortest du die pünktliche, spezifikationsgerechte sowie budgetgerechte End-to-End-Projektabwicklung. Mit deiner großen Erfahrung im Bereich Print steuerst du sowohl die Projekt-Teams wie auch die Ressourcenoptimierung und Rentabilität deiner Projekte.

Diese Stelle ist auf 40 Stunden ausgerichtet.

Aufgabenprofil

  • Steuerung großer Projekte von der Initiierung bis zur Fertigstellung
  • Verantwortliche Projektbudgetführung sowie Verfolgung aller laufenden Kosten während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
  • Erster Kundenansprechpartner für die Projektplanung, Projektsteuerung, Projekttiming und Projektabwicklung
  • Täglicher Projektmanagement-Kontakt mit Kunden, Agenturen und allen zugehörigen Hogarth-Teams
  • Reibungslose Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit von Kundenservice, Produktion, Ressourcen und Finanzen
  • Anwenden von Projektmanagementtools
  • Optimierung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse

Stellenanforderungen

  • (Mehrjährige) nachgewiesene Account- oder Projektmanagement-Erfahrung in Werbe- oder Produktionsagentur
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Produktionsabläufen, Produktion und verwandten Technologien
  • Zusätzliche Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Digital, Content und Social Media sind von Vorteil
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Wireframing/Workflow-Tools, Online-Projektmanagement/Collaboration/Ticketing-Tools wie JIRA, Smartsheet, Trello, Miro sind wünschenswert
