Sales Manager Project Sales BENELUX (m/f/d)

BENELUX Region - Remote

Your tasks
  • Visit potential new customers, e.g. ferry operators, operators of workboats - aquafarming, tugboats, survey boats in the BENELUX sales area and lobbying in respective associations.
  • Visit existing customers and the identification of new build and conversion projects
  • Development of projects in partnership with the customer including matching customer requirements with the TQ product portfolio
  • Preparation of offers for customer projects and, if necessary, commercial and technical clarification of quotation content including the follow-up of the submitted offers
  • Contract and order negotiation, order acceptance and professional handover to the application and engineering team respectively service team
Your profile
  • Technical or commercial studies with a Bachelor's degree (for example, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering)
  • At least 5 years in a sales position or project management of electric drives or ship propulsion
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in dutch or flemish: business English or business German as a second language required
  • Enthusiasm for the maritime industry, ideally boating as a hobby
  • Negotiating skills, open personality, and joy in dealing with people
  • Willingness to travel up to %
