Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams der Energie-Pensions-Management suchen wir dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Kundenbetreuer betriebliche Altersvorsorge (w/m/d).
Was macht dich aus?
- Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden, dabei steht der Servicegedanke und die Lösungsorientierung für dich im Mittelpunkt.
- Du bist kommunikativ und hast Freude am Telefonieren.
- Du lernst gern dazu, arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen ein und bist bereit, dich auch IT-technisch immer auf dem Laufenden zu halten.
- Du arbeitest gern im Team und unterstützt die Kollegen bei hohem Arbeitsanfall.
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich der Versicherungswirtschaft oder Finanzwesen.
- Perfekt wäre, wenn du auch schon erste Berührungspunkte mit beitragsorientierten oder wertpapiergebundenen Versorgungszusagen hast.

Welche Herausforderungen warten bei uns auf dich?
- Du übernimmst die Leistungsbearbeitung für die betrieblichen Altersversorgungs-ansprüche unserer Kunden, dazu gehören:
- die Unterstützung bei der Berechnung von Versorgungs- und Vorruhestandsleistungen,
- die Bereitstellung von Standmitteilungen zu Anwartschaften sowie
- die Koordination von Versorgungsausgleichsverfahren.

- Du betreust einen zugeordneten Bestand an Kunden mit Anwärtern in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung.
- Für diese verantwortest Du die Datenpflege und die Führung der Anwartschaften.
- Du beantwortest die Anfragen der Mitarbeiter unserer Kundengesellschaften in der telefonischen Service-Line.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung bei der Mitwirkung an internen Projekten.
