Ihre Zuständigkeiten:

  • Unterstützung des Direct Sales und Project Management Key Account in administrativen und vertrieblichen Belangen
  • Customer First: Sicherstellung der zeitnahen Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen, Leadbearbeitung
  • Mitarbeit bei Ausschreibungen und Angeboten, ggfls. eigenständige Erarbeitung von Angeboten zu Ersatzteilen, Wartungsdienstleistungen und weitere Dienstleistungen
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung interner Prozesse, z.B. Anlage des Kunden, Creditcheck, Auftragsverarbeitung, Rechnungsstellung, etc. in unserem SAP-System
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, zB Übermittlung von Auftragsbestätigungen, Terminabsprachen mit Kunden, zB bezüglich Liefertermine, Installationstermine, etc, sowie Monitoring derselben
  • Bearbeitung und Erledigung von Reklamationen, ggfls. Eskalation zu internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Absprache mit Lieferanten über Liefertermine, evtl. Einholung von Angeboten
  • Datenmanagement und Analyse, z.B. Support bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Analysen und Übersichten in Salesforce
  • Unterstützung und Monitoring des Cross Border Business durch Koordination mit den ansässigen Distributionspartnern
  • Unterstützung bei Messen und Ausstellungen

Ihr Profil:

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Direct Sales and Project Management Key Account in administrative and sales matters
  • Customer First: Ensuring prompt responses to customer enquiries, lead processing
  • Collaboration in tenders and offers, if necessary independent preparation of offers for spare parts, maintenance services and other services
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of internal processes, e.g. customer creation, credit check, order processing, invoicing, etc. in our SAP system
  • Communicating with customers, e.g. sending order confirmations, arranging appointments with customers, e.g. regarding delivery dates, installation dates, etc., and monitoring them
  • Processing and handling complaints, escalation to internal and external stakeholders if necessary
