Ihre Aufgaben

Sie verantworten die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter der Abteilung Rechnungswesen einschließlich der Fremdkräfte:
Koordination des Tagesgeschäftes im internen Rechnungswesen
Jahresabschlusserstellung nach HGB und IFRS inklusive Projektbewertung
Termingerechte Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen
Bearbeitung bilanzieller Fragestellungen und Sonderthemen
Einschlägige Beratung der Bereichsleitung und Fachabteilungen
Erstellung und Übermittlung von statistischen Meldungen sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen
Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und anderen externen Stellen
Entwicklung und Optimierung von kaufmännischen Steuerungsinstrumenten
Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der fachlichen Qualifikation der Mitarbeiter sowie des Erfahrungsaustausches innerhalb der Abteilung
Aktive gestalterische Mitarbeit an den Optimierungsprojekten in der Abteilung und dem Gesamtunternehmen

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Einschlägige Weiterbildung, insbesondere als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d/x)
Mindestens 10-jährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung; Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
Abschlusssicherheit in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen von Gesellschaften und Konzernen nach HGB und IFRS
Erfahrung im Umgang mit langfristigen Projekten
Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (CEF C1/C2)
Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke, sowie Team- und Zielorientierung
Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Umsetzungsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
Freude am lösungsorientierten Umgang mit Mitarbeitern und Partnern
Kostenbewusstsein
Office 365 und SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse (Keyuser-Level); SAP Business ByDesign von Vorteil
