STELLENBESCHREIBUNG

Setzt neue Energie frei - Dein Einsatz:
  • Du unterstützt im technischen Support bei Fragen und Anliegen unserer Systemprodukte und bist für die technische Verbesserung verantwortlich.
  • Du veranlasst relevante Zertifizierungen und stellst die Verfügbarkeit der notwendigen Dokumentation in der jeweiligen Landessprache sicher.
  • Du bist technische/r Ansprechpartner/in und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Vertrieb und den internen Abteilungen und transferierst ihr Wissen unter anderem in Form von Vertriebs- und Kundenschulungen zu unseren Produkten.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung der Produktstrategie und -roadmap und sorgst dafür, dass unser Produktportfolio alle gängigen Neuerungen enthält.
  • Du unterstützt bei der technischen Bewertung von Produktvorteilen und Wettbewerbsanalysen.
  • Du pflegst unsere ODM/OEM Partnerschaften.


Verbindet Leidenschaft mit Know-how - Dein Profil:
  • Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (z.B. Elektrotechnik) und/oder erneuerbare Energien erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Energiespeichern, Wechselrichtern, Batterietechnik und Elektrotechnik.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse der einschlägigen EU Normen und Standards mit.
  • Du arbeitest systematisch und zielorientiert.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch deine Kommunikationsstärke aus, du bist kundenorientiert und arbeitest gerne im Team.
  • Du besitzt gute MS-Office Kenntnisse.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
