Als Project IT Engineer (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die technische Umsetzung von anspruchsvollen Media Asset Management Integrationsprojekten sowie Support- und Wartungsprojekten für unsere europäischen Broadcast-Kunden.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich
  • Unterstützung des Kunden bei der Anforderungserfassung, Entwicklung und detaillierten Spezifikation unserer On-Prem- und Cloud-basierten IT-Systeme
  • Entwicklung und Unterstützung komplexer Test- und Integrationsumgebungen, einschließlich der Systeme von Drittanbietern aus dem Broadcast-Sektor, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Produktteams für Management, Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration und Restful API-basierte Integration mit Drittsystemen wie Active Directory, Scheduling und Content Delivery Networks; Durchführung von Systemtests mit dem Kunden und Unterstützung bei GoLive
  • Durchführung von produkt- und projektbasiertem 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für unsere Media-Asset-Management-Systeme, einschließlich Problemanalyse, Software-Updates, Konfigurationsänderungen und erweiterter täglicher Support
  • Analyse von Fehlern, die von den Systemen generiert oder von Kundenbetreuern übermittelt werden, Erstellung und Pflege von Support- und Betriebsdokumentation, Unterstützung bei der Schulung des Bedienungs- und Supportpersonals des Kunden
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Projektimplementierungs- und Supportprozesse
Wen wir uns wünschen
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Ingenieurtechnik, Informatik, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder Erfahrung
  • Drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Installation und Unterstützung von Media IT sowie bevorzugter Media Asset Management Software
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse über Geräte, Technologien und Arbeitsprozesse in der Rundfunk- und Medienbranche
  • Affinität zu Video- und Audiocodecs und Wrappern und deren Modifikation
  • Scripting (Javascript) oder Programmiersprachen (Java, Perl, C#)
  • Administration von Linux-Servern, Kubernetes-Clustern (EKS, RKE), Docker-Runtime, Netzwerken, Suchindizes und Datenbanken sowohl als Managed Services in AWS als auch selbstgehostet
