Your role at RBI
- Support the development and implementation of IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's information assets
- Manage the design, deployment, and maintenance of RBI's IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define access policies, and establish user roles and entitlements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments in the IAM realm to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements and implement innovative solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users on IAM processes and tools, ensuring a smooth user experience while maintaining security standards
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications
Your core competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable
- Proven experience working as an IAM Expert or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IAM concepts, methodologies, and technologies
- In-depth knowledge of identity management, access controls, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM) principles
- Proficiency in implementing and managing IAM solutions, such as identity and access governance (IAG) tools, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify risks, and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and intrinsically motivated to stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies, continuously improve skills, take over responsibility and drive personal and professional growth
- Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Preferred experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and understanding of API integrations.
