Die Goodrich Lighting Systems GmbH & Co. KG, Teil der internationalen Unternehmensgruppe Collins Aerospace, ist ein führender Hersteller von Beleuchtungssystemen für die zivile und militärische Luftfahrt.

Mit rund 480 Mitarbeitenden entwickeln und fertigen wir in Lippstadt sämtliche Formen der Innen- und Außenbeleuchtung im Flugzeugmarkt – von der Cockpit-Beleuchtung über Kabinenbeleuchtung einschließlich Leselampen, Belüftungstechnik und Notwegebeleuchtung bis hin zu Lande- und Rollscheinwerfern, Navigations- und Antikollisionsleuchten sowie Logobeleuchtung.

Beleuchtungsprodukte von Collins Aerospace werden von nahezu allen bekannten Flugzeugherstellern weltweit eingesetzt.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Hauptansprechpartner für ein oder mehrere Programm(e) im operativen Bereich
  • Sicherstellung von pünktlichen Lieferungen an die Kunden und der Qualität, Sustaining Entwicklungsaktivitäten wie auch generelle Serienunterstützung
  • Koordination zwischen Materialplanung, Einkauf/Beschaffung, Lager/Versand und Produktionsplanung
  • Intensive Zuarbeit zu den Value Stream Leads, der globalen Organisation, unseren Kunden und zu den Schnittstellen in unserem weltweiten Konzernverbund
  • Ganzheitliche, technische und organisatorische Planung & Abwicklung von Programmen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus von der Idee bis zum Ausscheiden aus dem Markt
  • Sicherstellung von Ramp Up Aktivitäten
  • Führung und Koordination von multifunktionalen Entwicklungsteams (IPT) und kontinuierliche Überwachung der Supply Chain
  • Anwendung des CMS (Collins Management System)
  • Mithilfe bei der Festlegung und Abstimmung der einzelnen Arbeitspakete für die Projektmitarbeiter/innen
  • Sicherstellung des operativen Geschäfts durch regelmäßigen Durchführung und Bearbeitung des Änderungsmanagements
  • Vorbereitung von Dokumentationen gemäß Kundenforderungen

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projekt Management, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement oder Entwicklung, idealerweise betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket (inkl. MS Project)
  • Souveräne Gesprächsführung, Moderations- und Präsentationstechniken in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Unternehmerische Verantwortung, Kundenorientierung, strategisches Denken, selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und offene Kommunikation
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und zu gelegentlichen Reisen
