Das Team von AudioMee besteht aus Experten mit umfassender Erfahrung in der Hörakustik sowie in E-Commerce, Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung. Unser Ansatz ist in der deutschen Hörakustik-Branche nahezu einzigartig, da wir veraltete Prozesse neu denken, zahlreiche Vorgänge automatisieren, Zwischenhändler eliminieren und konsequent neueste Technologien einsetzen, um die Branche in die Neuzeit zu führen.
Deine Aufgaben:
Leitung der Finanzbuchhaltung mit Einhaltung aller Rechnungslegungsvorschriften und -standards
Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von präzisen Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Kontenabstimmungen zur Gewährleistung der Finanzberichtsgenauigkeit auf Senior-Niveau
Erstellung von Budgets, Cash Flow-Prognosen und Finanzanalysen zur Unterstützung des Managementteams bei Entscheidungsfindungen
Gewährleistung der steuerlichen Compliance und enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern und Prüfern
Entwicklung und Implementierung von Finanzstrategien, um die finanziellen Ziele des Unternehmens zu erreichen
Durchführung umfassender Finanzanalysen mit fundierten Handlungsempfehlungen und Risikobewertungen zur Strategieentwicklung
Leitung von Buchhaltungsteams, kontinuierliche Schulung und Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um finanzielle Effizienz und Rentabilität zu maximieren
Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu externen Stakeholdern, wie Banken und Investoren
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder ähnliche Qualifikation
Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung sowie mindestens zwei Jahre Führungserfahrung
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen BI und ERP-Systemen sowie den MS Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel
Expertise in Buchhaltung und Finanzplanung, einschließlich Cash Flow-Analyse und Forecasting
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzdaten zu interpretieren
Starke Führungskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Proaktive und strategische Denkweise, um Finanzstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
