Was Dich erwartet

  • Entwicklung, Management und Kommunikation von Telefónica's deutschlandweiten Integrationsarchitekturrichtlinien und -prinzipien, e2e-Lösung und Channel-Architektur
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Architekten, sowie Koordination und Management des Lösungsdesigns
  • Sicherstellung der Architekturunterstützung für die Transformation der IT-Landschaft auf Domänenebene, inkl. Planung, Verfolgung und Bereitstellung der Architekturartefakte
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Lieferanten für Architekturleistungen (z.B. adäquates Controlling, Planung und Beauftragung, Verfolgung von Vendor KPIs)
  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Themen Entwicklung und Kommunikation der deutschlandweiten e2e-Lösung und Integration
  • Definition und Dokumentation der funktionalen Architekturänderungen innerhalb der Integrationsarchitektur, der e2e-Lösungen und der Channel-Domäne, der Architektur-Compliance und der internationalen Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Telefónica-Gruppe
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Qualitätsverbesserung und Effizienzsteigerung, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, einschließlich der Identifizierung von Synergieeffekten

Was Du mitbringst

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik, Elektrotechnik) oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT sowie im Bereich Mobilfunk, Festnetz, digitale Netztechnik, vorzugsweise im Bereich Lösungsarchitektur
  • Signifikante praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen IT-Architektur, Design und/oder Planung
  • Managementerfahrung oder ein erkennbares Potenzial, in Zukunft eine Managementrolle zu übernehmen
  • Projektmanagementerfahrung in größeren Technologieprojekten in Linien- und Matrixorganisationen
  • Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement
  • Ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denkvermögen mit praktischer Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Lösungen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
