DAS MACHST DU BEI UNS:
■Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von digitalen und integrierten Projekten bzw. bringst du
dich als Product Owner:in in interdisziplinären Teams mit ein.
■Du erstellst Projektpläne und Briefings bzw. Backlogs und User Stories in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam und
Spezialist:innen.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Anforderungsaufnahme von Projekten in der Akquisitionsphase, bereitest KundenWorkshops vor und leitest diese.
■Die Führung von eigenverantwortlich Kunden-und Etats warten auf dich.
■ Außerdem planst du Budgets und Ressourcen (intern und extern), inkl. dem Projektcontrolling und -reporting.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
■Berufserfahrung hast du schon, und zwar fünf Jahre Erfahrung als Project Manager / Product Owner:in in einer digitalen
Agentur oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit.
■

Klassische und agile Projektmethodik fällt dir einfach - und gerne bist du gerade im Übergang dieser Welten.
Außerdem kannst du idealerweise Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren Content Management Systemen, insbesondere
TYPO3, aufweisen - denn solche Systeme sind ein besonderer (aber nicht exklusiver) Schwerpunkt unserer Arbeit.
Du hast die Fähigkeit und Leidenschaft, dich strategisch und konzeptionell in Projekte und Kunden sehr tief einzudenken.
Die Verfügung über sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Prozessabläufe in Digital-Projekten inkl. der dazugehörigen
Kalkulations- und Budgetsicherheit kannst du vorweisen.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung größerer Teams - oder in der Mitwirkung als Product Owner:in.
Zudem bringst du vielleicht noch folgende Spezialskills mit: Organisationgeschick mit Liebe zum Detail,
Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Interesse an komplexen Aufgabenstellungen.
■Schließlich bringst du auch die üblichen Tugenden mit: gute Englischkenntnisse, sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick
- sowie eine konstruktive, offene und zielführende Kommunikation.
