To strengthen our team, we are looking for at the earliest possible date for our Region Germany at our location in Cologne:Underwriting Asssistant Property (m/f/d)
Job Description
  • Issuance and administration of insurance policies and endorsements especially for lead and 100% business
  • EDP recording of policies including booking of premiums, reinsurance, conditions
  • Clarification of accounts for accounting differences
  • Policy and portfolio administration (including international programs)
  • Documentation and administration of reinsurance schemes
  • Underwriting support during all phases of portfolio management
  • Special tasks (e.g. projects, IT developments and tests, etc.)
Qualification
  • Completed apprenticeship in insurance
  • Ideally further qualification as insurance specialized technician or comparable degree
  • Several years of practical experience in the property sector would be preferable
  • High level of self-motivation and resilience
  • Advanced ability for self-organization
  • Ability to cooperate and work in a team
  • Ability to work independently
  • Solid handling of MS Office applications
  • Very good German and good English language skills
