Der Fokus der Carl ZEISS Jena GmbH liegt als Shared-Production-Unit auf Service- und Produktionsdienstleistungen für unsere internen Business Einheiten. Von der Entwicklung über die Konstruktion und den Prototypenbau bis hin zur Serienproduktion - arbeiten wir Hand in Hand, um am Ende das bestmögliche Ergebnis für unsere Kunden zu erzielen.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Vorbereitung des SAP S4 Roll-Outs in der Shared Production Unit (SPU):Agieren als bereichsübergreifender ERP Power Key User innerhalb der SPU
  • Mitarbeit in den P2X-Projektstreams des zentralen IT-Projekts für den S4-Roll-Out
  • Initiieren und eigenverantwortliches Umsetzen von eigenen Projekten zur Vorbereitung des SAP S4 Rollouts bzw. zum Überwinden von systemtechnischen Schnittstellenproblemen mit bereits umgestellten Geschäftseinheiten
  • Erarbeitung eines detaillierten Problem Statements sowie von Lösungskonzepten für die SAP-Themenbereiche Kapazitätsplanung, Produktionssteuerung, Optimierung der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Selbstständiges Aufsetzen von Projektteams zur Umsetzung der Lösungskonzepte, Erstellen von Projektplänen, Tracking der Projektfortschritte
  • Eigenen Beitrag zur Umsetzung der Lösungskonzepte leisten durch Vereinen des SAP-Anwenderwissens aus verschiedenen SPU-Bereichen
  • Nach dem S4 Roll-Out:Moderieren der Lösungs-/Kompromissfindung zwischen SAP-Anwenderkreisen mit unterschiedlichen Zielen (Agieren als "Business-Gate" bei Abweichungen vom S4-Standard)

Ihr Profil

Sie bringen mit

  • Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik, Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung & -steuerung insbes. mit SAP PP
  • einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse von modulübergreifenden SAP-Prozessen/-Funktionalitäten
  • strukturierte Herangehensweise, Hohe IT-Affinität und analytische Kompetenz
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit
