Zur Verstärkung unseres Investmentteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Private Equity Analyst/ Associate (m/w/d) am Standort München.

Aktuell begleiten wir unsere drei Portfoliounternehmen Communardo, SOLVVision und sowohl in ihrer organischen Entwicklung als auch bei strategischen Zukäufen und sind stets auf der Suche nach weiteren spannenden Investitionsmöglichkeiten.

Deine Mission:

Als Analyst/ Associate wirst Du Teil unseres Investmentteams und bist in sämtliche Schritte des Investmentprozesses eingebunden. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für verschiedene Workstreams und unterstützt die strategische und operative Entwicklung der Portfoliofirmen sowie die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Exitprozessen. Diese Position bietet Dir die einzigartige Möglichkeit, in einem unternehmerisch geprägten Private Equity Fonds mitzuwirken.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Deal Sourcing: Eingehende Analyse von Märkten und Sektoren im Bereich IT, IT-Services und Software in der DACH-Region zur Identifizierung möglicher Investitionsziele; Aufbau eines Netzwerks zu relevanten M&A-Beratern und Branchenexperten.
  • Due Diligence: Erstellung von Investment Committee Reports und Koordination externer Due Diligence Workstreams; Durchführung von Expertengesprächen, Kunden- und Marktanalysen; Erstellung von LBO-Modellen; Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Meetings mit Unternehmern, Beratern und Partnern.
  • Portfolioarbeit: Koordination und Kommunikation mit Portfoliofirmen; Durchführung von strategischen und operativen Analysen (z.B. Benchmarking); Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Board Meetings.

Dein Profil:

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss mit ausgezeichneten Noten
  • Erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder bis zu zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate M&A, Transaction Services und/oder Consulting.
  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Financial Modeling.
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Märkten und Geschäftsmodellen sowie hohe Technologieaffinität.
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
