Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Certification Engineer (w/m/d) für unseren neuen Standort in Hamburg. Die Besetzung dieser Stelle ist in Vollzeit.

Ihre Rolle bei Alstom - Das bewegen Sie mit uns

Steigende Kapazitäten, Effizienz und Zuverlässigkeit spielen im öffentlichen Personennahverkehr eine bedeutende Rolle, insbesondere in Metropolregionen wie Hamburg. Der Bereich Digitale & Integrierte Systeme (D&IS) liefert Antworten auf weltweite Mobilitätsherausforderungen im Personen- und Güterverkehr durch Digitalisierung und moderne Signalsysteme wie z.B. CBTC (Communications-Based Train Control). In dieser Rolle berichten Sie an Martin Guss und arbeiten in einem motivierten und engagierten Team.

Ihre Aufgaben:

· Koordination des Zulassungsprozesses von CBTC-Systemen (Antragstellung, Definition der Nachweisstrategie, externe und interne Abstimmung bzw. Koordination)

· Analyse vorhandener sowie ggf. neuer System- und Softwarespezifikationen

· Analyse der zulassungsrelevanten Anforderungen (Kunden und Regelwerke)

· Organisation der Prüf- und Gutachterleistungen sowie Unterstützung bei Beauftragung (Ausschreibung erstellen, Prüfumfang definieren, Angebote prüfen etc.)

· Schnittstelle zwischen den jeweiligen Abnahmebehörden, Prüfeinrichtungen, dem Kunden sowie den Fachabteilungen im In- und Ausland

· Terminverfolgung und Projektabwicklung von Zulassungsthemen sowie Absprache mit Gutachtern/Prüforganisationen

· Schnittstelle zwischen den jeweiligen Abnahmebehörden, Prüfeinrichtungen, dem Kunden sowie den Fachabteilungen im In- und Ausland

· Informationsbereitstellung für die anderen Fachbereiche außerhalb der Zulassungsabteilung

· Durchführung von internen Seminaren zum Thema Zulassung

· Teilnahme an Labortests und Testfahrten

· Managen der Bereitstellung und Dokumentationsübergabe an Behörden, Gutachter etc.

· Abgeschlossene (Fach-)Hochschulausbildung als Ingenieur (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik)

· Berufserfahrung im Bereich Eisenbahn respektive Signaltechnik

· Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zulassungsmanagement

· Technische / fertigungstechnische Kenntnisse, betriebswirtschaftliche Kompetenz

· Fachkenntnisse in angrenzenden Arbeitsbereichen, z. B. Qualitätswesen

· Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· Selbständige sowie kunden- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

· Überzeugungskraft und sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld

· Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

· Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

· Reisebereitschaft
