Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung für die (Finanz-) Controlling Prozesse
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Erstellung der Forecast- und Planungsprozesse sowie Verantwortung für das monatliche Reporting für den Konzern
  • Überprüfung der Rentabilität der verschiedenen Bereiche
  • Sparringspartner (m/w/d) für interne und externe Stakeholder sowie Aufbereitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Top Management
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten sowie Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen

Profil

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Controlling oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise Erfahrungen aus dem Produktionsumfeld
  • Zahlenaffinität, gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse zu deuten und kritisch zu hinterfragen
  • Leistungsbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen verbunden mit analytischem Denkvermögen
  • Teamplayer mit einem souveränen Auftreten, interkultureller Kompetenz und sehr guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
