Für den Aufbau unserer AI-getriebenen Plattform suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Absprache einen ambitionierten Product Lead.
In dieser zentralen Position arbeitest du eng mit den Gründern Julian und Cord zusammen und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung unserer Unternehmensstrategie. Du hast die Möglichkeit, die Zukunft und den Erfolg unseres Startups aktiv mitzugestalten, unsere Vision voranzutreiben, aber auch unsere Kundschaft bei der Bewältigung von Herausforderungen im Bereich Künstlicher Intelligenz zu unterstützen.
Aufgaben- Entwicklung einer innovativen Plattform: Konzipiere, entwickle und setze unsere KI-getriebene Beratungsplattform um, die Maßstäbe setzt.
- Optimierung durch KI: Entwickle und implementiere KI-Lösungen, die unsere Beratungsprodukte und Workflows verbessern.
- Teamwork und Integration: Arbeite eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um KI-Technologien nahtlos in Kundenprojekte zu integrieren.
- Kommunikation und Präsentation: Erstelle technische Dokumentationen und überzeugende Präsentationen für unsere Kunden.
- Teamführung und Koordination: Steuere Team-Mitglieder und externe Dienstleister.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Computer Science/Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet an einer führenden Universität
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Produktentwicklung, Produktmanagement und User Experience (UX/CX)
- Ausgeprägte Expertise im Umgang mit Generative AI-Technologien
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Low- und No-Code Tools
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Disruptives Arbeiten und Motivation, um das beste Produkt der Beratungsindustrie zu bauen
- Professionelle Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
