Summary
For the "Master Data Management" department, which is part of the "Global Process Owner", we are looking for a "Master Data Governance Manager (f/m/d)" at the Ulm, Immenstaad, Oberkochen or Taufkirchen location as soon as possible.
The department is responsible for master data management across the Group. In addition to the operational handling of cross-sectional master data, this process responsibility also includes data governance and data quality, as well as the introduction of a central MDG as part of the central S4 HANA program.

Your tasks
  • Creating, rolling out and further developing as well as communicating principles and guidelines for the HENSOLDT-wide handling of master data in order to promote a consistent, business-enhancing data culture
  • Driving forward the introduction of data standards and defining the principles of the data catalog and data glossary
  • Developing and implementing communication measures in the areas of MDM, data governance and data quality
  • Developing and implementing training and training activities in the areas of data governance and master data management
  • Setting up and regularly conducting global coordination meetings with the stakeholders involved as part of data governance
  • Collaboration in the definition of effective measures to increase data quality in the area of ​​data quality

Your Profile
  • Completed studies in the field of business informatics, media informatics or comparable
  • Experience in project management and the implementation of optimization projects is advantageous

  • Knowledge of SAP areas relevant to master data, data governance and data quality advantageous
  • Good understanding of master data requirements and their impact on business processes and digitalization
