Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption und Implementierung von "Application Performance Management" Lösungen basierend auf Dynatrace-Lösungen
  • Entwicklung von Applikationsspezifischen Monitoring-Schnittstellen/-Erweiterungen und Implementierung von Service Management Integrationen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Proof-of-Concepts, Tests und Qualitätssicherungen sowie die Dokumentation von Projekt-Ergebnissen
  • Neben Webinaren führst du auch Lösungs- und Produktdemonstrationen durch
  • Aufbereitung und Übergabe an die Kundinnen und Kunden

Dein Skillset

  • HTL, Fachhochschule oder Universität mit Schwerpunkt Informationstechnologie
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Software-Entwicklungsumfeld (Java, .Net)
  • Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift)
  • Erfahrung als DevOps Engineer/SRE Engineer/Fullstack Developer/Product Owner
  • Dynatrace Produktkenntnisse wünschenswert (oder vergleichbare Application Performance Lösungen wie Splunk, AppDynamics, NewRelic, Instana)
  • Gutes Verständnis von IT Infrastrukturen und Applikationsarchitekturen
  • ITIL Kenntnisse (ITIL-Foundation wünschenswert)
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Beratungskompetenz kombiniert mit hoher Mobilitätsbereitschaft für Projekte
  • Deine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweisesowie ist genauso wichtig, wie deine soziale Kompetenz und Empathie
  • Du verfügst über ein agiles Mindset und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, hast Freude daran, dein Know-how zu teilen und bist sicher im Umgang mit virtueller Zusammenarbeit
